Life adds up.

A campaign by SPEAK

Everyday pressures add up. So do the little things that help us move forward. Stay ahead of it.

The idea

It doesn’t happen all at once.

  • A late finish.
  • A big bill.
  • A rough night’s sleep.
  • A row at home.
  • On its own? Nothing.
  • All at once? Life adds up.

Pressure rarely shows up as one big thing. It’s the small stuff, stacking up quietly until it’s a lot. Spot it early and it’s easier to deal with.

The other side

The good stuff adds up too.

Small things, done often, stack up the other way. None of them fixes everything. All of them count.

  • Call a mate
  • Get outside
  • Move your body
  • A brew with a friend
  • An honest chat
  • Start the thing

Making time for the good stuff.

Small stresses add up. So do small wins.

Pick one thing and try it this week. If it doesn’t help, try something else. There’s no right way to do it.

“I’ve lost a couple of friends. If only I’d known. If only they talked about it. Just reach out and have a chat.”

When One Falls

We carry it together.

Walks, climbs and runs carrying a 125lb mannequin. When we don’t talk, someone else ends up carrying the weight.

Where SPEAK shows up

Wherever people connect.

SPEAK is a people-first mental fitness movement. We started in construction, and we turn up wherever people already are.
