Who we are

SPEAK is a trading name of VYBRAH LTD. We’re responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at alfie@speak-uk.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you’re interested in, and your message. The form is processed by Netlify, our website host, and sent to us by email.

When you register for One Track, One Story: your name (or DJ / artist name), email address, social media profile (if you give it), your chosen track, why it matters to you, and whether you’re interested in the radio feature, the podcast or both. We use this to contact you about taking part, and we may share your track and story details with our partner Ibiza Revival so they can arrange the radio feature.

When you send a One Track, One Story voice note on WhatsApp: we receive your voice note, your WhatsApp name and your phone number. We use the voice note for the Ibiza Revival Radio feature on Pure Dance, which means it may be broadcast. We only use your number to reply to you about the feature. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.

When you ask to talk to Money Mates: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you’d like help with, how you’d like to be contacted and any message. With your permission, we share these details with our partner Money Mates so they can contact you, and we keep a record that the referral came from SPEAK. Please don’t send account numbers or balances through the form.

When you register for the tandem ride: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and where you’d like to join the ride. We use this only to organise the ride and keep you updated about it.

When you browse the site: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and what kind of device is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

How we use it

We use contact form details only to reply to you and follow up on what you contacted us about. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We use analytics data to improve the website.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Other websites

This site links to other services, including our community on Skool, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. They have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they use your information.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email alfie@speak-uk.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
